Ingredients
- 1,5 kg potatoes
- 3 large yellow onions
- 200g anchovy fillets, adapt to taste
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 5 tbsp butter
- Peel potatoes and cut into fine shreds.
- Peel onion, slice it thin and fry in half of the butter in a skillet.
- Layer the potatoes, onions and anchovies in a greased ovenproof dish. Potatoes in the bottom and top.
- Add half of the cream. Sprinkle withbreadcrumbs and spread the rest of the butter on the top.
- Bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes in the bottom of the oven. Add the rest of the cream at the edge after just over half of the time.
- To reheat later, add some more cream and breadcrumbs. Heat in 225 ° C for 20 min
